“I came across Mosaics Lab through social media and blog. At first, I was hesitant to hire them as the scope of the project was big and expensive. I wanted to have a mosaic design at the bottom of my pool and backsplash. The way Mosaics Lab communicated eliminated all doubts. They were very attentive to my needs. Put me in touch with the artist and send me progress pictures on ongoing bases. I never have seen customer service such as this from any online purchase. I highly recommend them.”

“I am a tile setter by trade and have dealt with many tile stores over the years. I will continue sending my clients to Tilemaster for many reasons. They are a very reputable company that treats all customers with respect and answers all their questions. They almost always have everything needed for the job, even when it's a last minute project which helps a lot. And if they don't have it, they will always get it.
The prices are, in my opinion, are about as fair as they can be. While they may not be the "cheapest" they are the best bang for buck in my books, good quality products for a fair price. Their mortars, metal profiles and especially their grouts are definitely the highlight of Tilemaster. The mortar is the best I've ever used, their tile edging/transition racks are always stocked. Most importantly is the quality of the grout. Kiesel makes the best grout on the market, one that I will always use and recommend.

“I was impressed with the staff at Ceramic Decor. I was unable to decide on the type of materials that I wanted to use in my bathroom reno. After discussing my plans and ideas with them. They were able to pinpoint exactly what my tastes were. They assisted me in co-ordinating colours and style that were perfect for my reno. After having visited several stores to buy my tile, I was confident that Ceramic Decor was the number one spot in Guelph for me. The staff was very knowledgeable about their products and process for installing the tile correctly. They also have several specialized craftspeople that they deal with and offer their customers free consultation with them so that the job is done correctly. My bathroom looks amazing .Their showroom display covers styles from modern, classic, traditional etc We have recommended them to family and friends everyone were very pleased.
We now have a huge project to do (our kitchen, hallway, second bathroom and sunroom floors) and I will be returning to Ceramic Decor for their expertise advice. This second project was done poorly by another firm in Guelph not too long ago .”

“I hired Alex to get 2 intricate stone fireplaces made (one with an overmantel, one without), and a large range hood. Alex worked to get all measurements correct and all pieces done exactly as I described. They are all beautiful and arrived with no damage whatsoever. One example of Alex going over and above is this. One of my fireplaces was done with the pattern slightly different than I wanted. Without hesitation, Alex had the whole thing redone to my exact specifications. Another example is when he took a trip to the country where my stone was coming from to make sure it was of high quality. Another example is Alex spending a lot of time educating me on all of the support necessary to safely anchor the stone pieces to our walls, as we have never done a stone fireplace or range before. And yet another example is Alex thoughtfully including extra stone pieces, which come in very handy to complete the job right. My husband and I were the builders and in the process of building our home, Alex was one of the nicest and easiest people we dealt with during the entire 2 year process of building. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and extremely patient and helpful. I can't say a negative thing about him. I highly recommend him and I love my stone!!!”
