“My husband & I have had the privilege of working with Todd Reed & Ron Reed for many years. Todd was very helpful when we were trying to determine the house plan that we wanted to use to build our second home. There were some changes that we wanted to make to the original plan & he made the process so simple & easy for us. Todd was also very helpful in keeping us on budget. Ron was available for us it seemed like on a daily basis. He oversaw every step of the building process & made sure the work was done with excellence. After moving into our home they worked hard to correct the few issues that we had.
We have also worked with Reed Brothers on a professional level as well. My husband has installed the septic systems for Todd & Ron for many years. They are always clear in the instructions of where the system needs to be placed as well as providing the proper permits & paper work for our job to run smoothly. They have always paid on time which is a huge plus with any builder.

“Raymac Remodeling brought me in as the designer for this job which consisted of renovating two bathrooms for their client. The project included reconfiguring a jack & jill bath into a single bath with more space added to a walk-in closet and updating the other bath with new fixtures, flooring, lighting and cabinetry. Throughout the project the homeowner's home was treated with respect and the work areas were kept clean. Protecting the other areas of the house from dust and dirt were also taken into consideration. Raymac's work ethic and attention to detail definitely sets them apart from their competitors. The clients were extremely pleased because the project was completed on time and within budget. As a designer they were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area who is considering a renovation project for their home.”

She recommended that we have it next to the cooktop for convenience & my husband, the cook, absolutely agrees that it is much more convenient here. “Daniel Martin designed a deck that spanned the back of our house. The deck included planters, seating, multiple levels, lighting and access from the front of the house. I would describe Danny's designs as understated--a cross between Frank Lloyd Wright and the mission style. The deck was designed for heavy entertaining. He was very focused on designing the deck to fit our needs. Danny even considered natural light and the positioning of the sun on the deck throughout the day as well as designing for privacy. Danny was always open to our feedback and we made several adjustments throughout the project. I would definitely recommend Danny and would definitely hire him again He is a true professional and cared deeply about meeting our needs.”
