My job was very involved...completely gutting and redesigning the kitchen, new tile floors in 3 large rooms, 2 large built ins, painting almost all rooms as well as purchasing new furniture and decorating. “While facilitating the closing of our home, the CBC professionals also helped us to identify a lot that met our needs in the desirable Spring Valley area. They simultaneously helped us to discern what type of builder would align with our wants, needs, values and pocketbook. From the experiences of many friends and colleagues, the process of selecting the “right” builder is typically difficult, complex and fraught with uncertainty.
