“We wanted to add on extra space to the house that we had previously renovated. We met Carlos from Ulloa designs, and as he is an Architect and builder , we were soon into the addition of about 1000 sq ft. The permitting was handled efficiently, as was the execution of all the design requests. There were a few issues with the HOA in our sub-division but that was also managed well by the builder. The final result is an interesting living room space,and a bedroom and bathroom. We would, and have, recommended Carlos to many people. He is helpful, artistic, and efficient. What more could you ask for?!”

“Liz decorated our master and it is simply gorgeous! She was on time and on budget, while taking into consideration our special provisions (baby & pet friendly). It was great to have an outside objective opinion, and she makes everything so easy by ordering, returning, and arranging all of the appointments & pick ups. “Scott Ginder and his team at Forge Craft are fantastic Architects! There are many firms that design beautiful buildings, but few understand how to design for comfort, efficiency, and durability. As a General Contractor, I love working on Forge Craft projects, they truly understand the building science behind the scenes that results in functional, comfortable, efficient homes. I give them my highest recommendation. If you are interviewing Architects, they should be on the very top of your list. They are fantastic to work with, and their projects result in VERY happy clients.”

“I can't say enough good things about working with Frankel Building Group team. I guess a good place to start would be with their countless awards, inlcuding Custom Builder of The Year several years in a row. After I met the guys, saw their quality of work, and I understood why! Rodney, their in-house designer, was so thoughtful in terms of how the house should sit on our land and very considerate when laying out the floorplan to fit our modern lifestyle. Although he designs more traditional houses and we prefer a modern aesthetic, he constructed a beautiful sleek and sophisticated exterior in the same vein of photos we had sent along. Then Brad made a 3D rendering of the house so we could see it from every angle and "walk" through it. Such a cool feature and made all the differnce when choosing exterior materials. Because we are building in Atlanta, FBG can't construct our house, but Scott Frankel has worked hand-in-hand with our builder to make sure it is built according to their standards and within our budget. The team went above and beyond to design our dream house. Along the way, they have been such a pleasure to work with, listening to all of our concerns and adpating to our edits. We truly enjoyed working with them and would recoommend them in a heartbeat!”

Even when a few things did not work out, replacing the accessories was no problem. I am so so happy with the end result (especially the large painting).
