“I am a retired Interior Designer and wanted to work with an architect who was up on the latest improvements in HVAC and plumbing. I had a pretty clear idea of the layout of our new house but needed help deciding on a contractor to hire as well as some creative structural details to make our 1800 sq. ft. single level home work for us as we age without looking like an "old folks home". “Mike at Premium was a tremendous help in the complete renovation and remodelling of several properties in Victoria. His expertise and knowledge of both the design and construction of a complex project like these helped make them all successful. There were many design decisions that were needed to maximize the usability of the space, as we transferred many of the properties into highly desirable rental suites. Our tenants loved the final designs. Mike's expertise about the the full project scope (design, permits, construction, market) prevented us from making costly mistakes, while also enhancing the properties in their completed state. We will continue to work with Mike, and can't recommend him enough. The projects that we completed with Mike yielded properties that were instantly rented to long term tenants.”
