Our meetings begin with a walk-through and ideas emerge from the ensuing conversation. Her architectural background results in "functional" layout recommendations that optimize space and flow. An Aesthetic "top-coat" follows--- keeping in mind the design style of the client, layout and budget. Jill can "Manage" or recommend contractors to bring the projects completion. This is an added bonus as many people don't have the time or knowledge to realize their conception. Her strong suit is the ease of communication as is evidenced by her Award Winning Ratings on Angie's List My highest recommendation goes to her company and especially her.”

“Silver Fern has become my 'Go-To' contractor having completed three of five remodels to my home in order to make it 'handicap' livable. They remodeled one bathroom, added another, and gutted the core of the house making way for an unusually wheelchair friendly maser suite, kitchen, and wide doorway access points. They worked closely with me to ensure the projects met the unique needs of my wheelchair living with multiple sclerosis. Most importantly it doesn't look like a crippled person's house - the aesthetics are in place.”

“Super patient, insightful, and willing to incorporate client desires into affordable designs. LHK has been a joy to work with, and we have been amonst the pickiest and hardest clients anyone has ever had. We demand alot of our designers and contractors in addition to constantly haggling. “We hired MAK Design + Build to remodel our house and we can't speak highly enough of them. They are a small company, so they are very hands-on and accessible. They are thoughtful, creative, intelligent, perceptive and extremely hard-working. The design they developed was perfectly suited to our taste and our needs and the guys who did the construction were outstanding craftsman. The same guys worked at our house every day so we became very comfortable with them. For other crafts like tile, stone and paint, they use the same subcontractors for many jobs so they have good relationships with them and a lot of confidence in their skills. The project management was also great; consistent, attentive and accessible. The office staff was friendly, professional, helpful and available whenever we needed anything. The project ended two years ago, so we have had two years to review MAK's work. We literally don't have a single complaint about the process or the product. If there were 10 stars, that would be our rating.”

“Scott designed and drafted plans for a master bedroom extension for us. The plans were submitted and approved by the city with no revisions. That was awesome & a relief! He listened to our desires, took time to answer our questions & responded to all our concerns. He is very knowledgeable about codes & rules. He was efficient & his fees were reasonable. It was a pleasant experience working with him. We are looking forward to having our new addition completed. We would highly recommend California At Home to anyone. “Creation 7 build the master addition on our house. It is generally understood that having major remodeling done on your house, can be a frustrating process. It's noisy, messy, and usually, goes over budget. I can honestly say that almost none of these were true for our experience with Creation 7. The men were so respectful of our space. They cleaned up at the end of the day - no mess was ever left. The construction generally stayed within budget. These guys were a pleasure to be around also. They were funny and nice, but also respectful of our need for privacy. Also our completed addition! It's so gorgeous! Everything is in perfect working order. Their eye for detail and overall craftsmanship is amazing. I really can't say enough how great our en suite master bedroom is. It has transformed our house from an old boring space into our dream house. I highly, highly recommend Creation 7!”

““When we first began the process of starting over with our dated, 70s kitchen, we knew it would take more than looking at a handful of home magazines to figure out what would work. Enter Steve – who saw the potential for our medium-sized space, and suggested things we didn’t consider. That’s why you hire a designer; he has the expertise to know how to configure a space based on how it will be used. From the materials to the cabinets, to recommendations for appliances, Steve was able to help us execute the vision we had for the kitchen into two other rooms. Given a choice between ‘making due’ with an inefficient existing layout, and going the extra mile to transform it into the heart of the house, we didn’t hesitate. It was worth the effort!”

“Enotive helped us transform our 70s kitchen into an open and airy floor plan. We weren't sure what the best layout for our kitchen, dining, family room space and didn't want to just blindly jump into remodeling without being able to see the area planned out ahead of time. We worked with Jennifer on the project, and she listened to what we wanted in the space and kept our budget in mind. The 3D rendering helped us play with the design and see what we were getting before making any changes. We ended up with a beautifully updated kitchen, very open and bright floor plan. Our favorite element was removing the smaller kitchen window and patio slider to create a large slider that can open up the entire wall. I highly recommend getting Enotive to help you with the design and planning element.”
