“We built our dream house in a beautiful location. The house is not an easy build and with out the Crew at Courtenay Glass it would not be what we had envisioned it to be. The house is mostly glass and working with a steel structure plus incorporating storm shutters was difficult. It was all done well with no issues. These shutters have provided us with great storm protection, extra insulation in the winter as well as heat protection in the summer. We have added a subsequent shutter to control noise from the road which has worked great. We have now done some custom work inside including a frameless shower and another shutter to close off the fireplace when not in use. This reduces the visual interference of the T.V. and fireplace when not being used together so one doesn't distract from the other. All of this above, has provided us with a beautiful, functional atmosphere that we can control to our liking and to outside weather conditions. In conclusion, we were very pleased with the results and with our dealings with Courtenay Glass.”

“I heard about Modern Classic through a friend. An estimate was promptly provided for cabinets, mirrors, stone counter top and lights in a shelving unit for a bathroom renovation. Once I decided to proceed with the order, Mike (Manager) was always available to answer questions. He came to the house on a few occasions to offer additional suggestions and to ensure the measurements were correct. He also liaised with my general contractor who was completing other aspects of my renovation. Ryan (lead cabinet maker and installer) and his associate were very knowledgeable and accommodating. All the work was done in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the quality of the end result. I would definitely recommend Modern Classic Building Solutions to others.”

“We obtained a number of quotes on Vinyltek windows from a few installers, but Kris at LongLife was the best to deal with, most informative, and quite obviously a professional. Their quote was very competitive and their installation high-quality. They were quick to respond to the many queries we had an worked with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Bernard and his installation crew were proficient, efficient, and a pleasure to have around (very nice guys). They did an immaculate clean-up and finished our job (13 windows and 1 french patio door) in 2 days. The new windows are beautiful and so much warmer than our leaky vinyl windows we replaced. The only hang-up was a delay on the patio door at Vinyltek, so that the installation crew had to return on a different day to install our door - not a big problem. A few minor issues after installation (defects) will be dealt with by the service department with no issues. The lifetime warranty, quality installation, and friendly, honest service made our experience with LongLife a great one. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows and doors.”
