Ageing Gracefully specializes in custom wine storage solutions for clients who desire to handsomely showcase their collection or simply need an organized space to age their wine. Ageing Gracefully began as an offshoot from Warm Tones Woodworking which has been a Portland area custom woodworking shop since 1989. We cater to both residential and commercial wine keepers. Throughout the years we have focused on custom staircases, kitchen and small remodels, and unique wine cellars. We prefer wood as a primary material, but often accent it with stone, metal, and glass for balanced contrasts.

We believe in building beautiful things that last, and that includes our local community. A percentage of every sale goes to Make-A-Wish® Oregon.

Dr. Tristan Martin is a Pacific Northwest woodworker, gearhead, dentist and basement winemaker. He invented the patent-pending Oxbox™ Wine-On-Demand Preservation System as an answer to his own quest to prolong the life of a bottle of wine. After years of drinking a glass of wine with dinner each night and having to throw out the remainder of too many bottles that became oxidized and off-tasting within a day or two of the first pour, Martin took to his backyard workshop and began engineering a simple, manual system that would preserve the contents of a bottle of wine without the need for pumps and canisters. Now he and his wife are able to enjoy their wines leisurely, over days or weeks, without fear of oxidation. You can too with the Oxbox™ Wine-On-Demand Preservation System. Each one is handcrafted by Tristan Martin in his Pacific Northwest workshop.
At Stellar Cellars, Ron Cowan is the owner and designer behind a wide range of ultra-custom wine cellars. He designs and manufactures cellars for both commercial and residential clients in the Northwest, California, Hawaii, Texas, North Carolina and Florida. At the age of 14, Ron began his training under the direction of his father in the field of carpentry and general construction. With over 40 years of experience, Ron’s expertise is derived from the old-school approach of the German artisans. As a wine aficionado, Ron has blended his extensive carpentry skills with his knowledge of wine to design and patent machines that create racking systems. His creations are some of the most innovative, durable and visually stunning on the market.
