“I engaged Tim Stevens for a complete kitchen remodel in our 1920's home. As well as a remodel, we needed foundation work. From our first meeting to several follow up calls for finishing details, Tim and the team responded in a timely manner, with answers to my questions and concerns. He gave me several plan proposals until everything was just right with all my must haves included. From there he guided me in the design process to complete all the details. With lots of pictures from design magazines and websites, I thought I was prepared to complete all the details. This proved to be a rather overwhelming process. But Tim always kept me on track and helped manage the details with his calm and professional manner. The project came in on budget and only a bit longer than planned due to a setback with some tile changes and an issue with the granite installer. But both issues were resolved to my satisfaction. The end result is a fantastic kitchen that gives us so much pleasure and adds so much value to our home. I now have a list of workmen I can call as needs arise and I look forward to hiring Tim and his team for my next project. I have already recommended him to several friends that were very impressed with his deign and workmanship.”

“Project in August 2013: Complete remodel of bathroom. Removed tub and enclosure. Built walk-in shower. Removed corner linen closet to free up more countertop space. Relocated plumbing and vent stack, to increase shower space, requiring trenching in foundation. Result:“I was impressed by the attention to detail and quality of work that was exhibited. I was able to provide timely input on small, but important design decisions that always come up during remodel projects. The crew arrived on time, when scheduled, and maintained a very clean work area. There was a high degree of continuity among crew. As a result, we really love the final result, and will kick off another project next year.””

“Barrett and Preston took on our projects of adding a custom outdoor kitchen, making us our dream master bathroom, and installing new floors throughout our entire house. We could not be happier with the end result. But more importantly, they were the best contractors we have ever dealt with. Not only were they transparent about the pricing and timeline, but they made sure whenever there were delays, or any sort of hiccups, they were taken care of as quickly as possible. “As a property owner in the Pacific Heights area of San Francisco, I engaged the services of Wolk Development, to renovate a home we were planning to sell. Brian prepared a proposal which looked fantastic and we decided to go with it. Brian personally handled every aspect of the project with his excellent team. He was always prompt to return phone calls and reply to emails, was always courteous, patient, and enthusiastic about the project. He was extremely professional throughout. Most importantly, in our case, we needed a very (seemingly impossible) turnaround, so that the property could be put on the market at the optimum time. Brian came through, and delivered on every aspect of the plan, with a beautiful result and no unexpected increases int eh budget. The end result was truly stunning, and I seriously doubt this could have happened had we chosen any other contractor.”

“The job Steveson Remodeling did for us involved carpentry repairs and painting of the wooden window surrounds of our house. Steve Orelup is both a carpenter and a contractor. He brought in painters and effectively coordinated his carpentry with their painting. He had very creative and effective ways of handling the repairing part of the job. I plan to hire him again.”
