“We had NME finish our basement, about 1000 square feet. They literally built it from nothing as it was just concrete and studs. We had them build a full bathroom, large guest/office room, kitchenette, and a common living space. Noor was ALWAYS very responsive to our calls, emails, and texts and was helpful to answer any questions we had and mindful of us trying to stay in our budget, making adjustments when needed. The finished product was a beautiful, comfortable living space conducive to our family's needs. We have three young kids and this space definitely maximizes the functionality of our home. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. “Remodel of Master Bathroom. Replaced spa tub, remodeled shower, replaced vanity, sinks and vanity lighting including necessary electrical modifications. Ranieri Construction removed all master bathroom fixtures and upgraded the shower to accommodate a hand-held hower in addition to the showerhead. Plumbing was modified for shower and spa tub however; a plumbing leak occurred. Ranieri Construction was quick to respond and did whatever it took to make sure the leak was corrected. Coordination with contractors, who provided other services e.g. vanity and cultured marble installation was handled by Ranieri Construction, which enabled the re-model to be completed successfully. Ranieri Construction stands behind their work and will do whatever it takes to rectify and unforeseen problems/issues.”

“We did a complete renovation of our master bath. Our main goals were to make the room handicapped accessible, easy to clean and to increase shower and vanity space. In order to gain every precious inch, we removed a linen cupboard and stole a foot of depth from the back of our daughter's closet. We had a variety of specialists in and out of our home. Everyone was courteous and hard-working. No one smoked in or outside of my home and workers cleaned up after themselves every day. I was kept up to date on each step of the project and never felt as if our job was a lower priority to Dave Fox. The project is complete and we love the new space! By moving the location of the shower and vanity, the room seems so much larger. We were also able to keep the window, which I had thought we'd lose in order to gain storage. I have nothing but good things to say about Dave Fox Home Remodeling.”
