He cut out the middle man and we were able to purchase at wholesale. The first cabinets were not delivered to Pat on time and he went to another mfg. with a better grade of cabinets and the same price. He drove to the plant and picked them up and delivered them and had his men install them on time as promised. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything... and we were!
