“We contacted Becky after being recommended to us by my sister who is a realtor in California. I was skeptical about being able to sell our rental home which we had placed on the market several times in the past. From the get go we knew that Becky was different. We had a rental management company that was not very responsive when it came to contacting the tenants about the house being placed on the market. Her persistence and way with people allowed her to develop a very good relationship with the tenants and facilitated the ability to get repairs done on the house prior to going on the market and to open up the house for showings , inspections , etc. Within a day or two of going on the market we were shocked to get a call from her that we had an offer. Unfortunately that one fell through but additional offers quickly came in. Having never sold a house before she had the patience to guide us through the whole process. I know she claims that the house sold fast due to the great market, but I am sure that they if it had not been for her we wouldn’t have been able to sell the house. Please don’t hesitate to contact her, I highly recommend her.”

“Terry Hamilton is great! He helped my wife and I locate and purchase our new house. I couldn't be any happier. We had worked with a previous realtor that was sub-par and didn't know what she was doing. We switched to Terry after a deal we had made fell through. It was a night and day difference. We probably looked at around 30-40 houses before we finally found the "ONE". He stayed patient with us while going through all of these houses and I'm glad we were able to see as many as we did. Terry was always available when we needed him and made himself available to our schedule for looking. He gave great advice and followed up on items that needed to be completed per the contract before closing. Definitely recommend Terry to anyone that needs to buy or sell a house. Thanks Terry!!!”
