“In short, the team of Robin, Will, and Miranda were nothing short of spectacular! We had started looking to sell our place about a year before we actually listed. Will and Robin met with us initially to describe the process and give us an idea of what similar houses were selling for. They checked in periodically to see if we had any questions but were in NO way pushy about getting the house listed. Once it was time to list, we contacted them and met again. They did another market analysis and found what we thought was the perfect listing price. They also developed the timeline in regards to when we should list, show, have an open house, and review offers. We ended up getting multiple offers above asking and closed with no problems. When any questions arose, they responded quickly with good info. Many of the questions we had they were already on top of it before we could even ask.
