Such an improvement over the original that I am sure added value to our property. Our tenants have all been extremely pleased with their service and responsiveness. One tenant who arrived exhausted from out of state before their belongings did told us that Brian and Trinette came over at night with pillows and bedding for them. Another tenant who lost his job told us the Lane family bought them groceries. Only once in 10 years have we kept a tenant's security deposit - because of pet damage. Our neighbors have even commented on what a good job Elk Meadow does and how courteous they are when in the neighborhood.
