“Spratt has performed several renovations for us (we have remodeled parts of our house as we were able to afford). Jobs included building new bathrooms, moving walls, installing walls indoor and outdoor, installation of flooring, roofing, and painting. The quality is superior. The staff (workers) were great - competent, friendly, arrived on time and on the scheduled days. Jobs were completed on time and on budget. I have recommended Spratt to several friends. Spratt also cleaned, repaired, and remodeled a condominium we purchased in the Woodlands.”

“It was great working with Richard - he has unbounded enthusiasm for creating environmentally healthy homes which use as little on-grid energy as possible. His creative ideas regarding passive solar heating meshed right in with my less-educated desires. The end result is an Energy Star certified home with passive solar heating and active solar water heating .... and it looks good too!!!!”

“This past summer we decided to remodel our kitchen using the existing footprint to reduce costs. We were going to do the project design ourselves, but heard about JDS through local contractors and decided to retain Joe Duket based on what we heard about his work. We are very glad we did. Joe was far more creative not only with products but with space and design. He envisioned things we did not, from electrical and plumbing fixtures to cabinets and countertops and were able to see everything before it was done using his computerized model. Highly recommended!”

“Wanted to build our basement out so we contacted three local companies for estimates and quotes. “Kristina and Jeff helped us update and furnish a newly purchased cabin and get it ready to go on the STR market. They did fantastic work and we are so happy with the cabin. They were on time and on budget. The cabin is now a very successful STR. We had to manage this project long distance and Kristina and Jeff are so dependable, trustworthy and willing to do whatever is necessary to successfully complete the project. “I have used Jim Bogle's company on several project, from staining my garage to designing and installing my Kitchen cabinets. I have owned a home in RABUN county for 16 years, and have never found anyone as honest and reliable as Jim and his employees. It's nice to have someone just show up when they say they will, and finish on time for the price agreed upon. I have recommended Jim and his group many times and have NEVER had a complaint. He has helped on several emergency plumbing jobs for friends with very little notice, when no one else would even call back.
