“I recently had the opportunity to work with Kevin on the transformation / renovation a 1985 built home - into a new contemporary dream home. It was a very challenging project! There was multiple new rooflines added, 3 new decks, a new front entrance, a cantilevered floor section, and a complete exterior alteration. The original home is unrecognizable. Kevin came highly recommended, and he's been an integral part of this project. Kevin was able to easily navigate through various ideas, and found very clever ways of adding all these onto the final plans. Impressive is his professionalism and quality workmanship. It's been a pleasure working with him and bringing these ideas into reality. Thanks again Kevin!”

“Brewster Drafting House is a GO-TO Choice for David Michael Designs, we have worked together for years now and he is one of the most responsive and clearly talented designers around. We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget. He is well versed in Lumion, and SketchUp as well as Chief Architect. I can not say enough good things here, it's a no-brainer choice. Our last client told me that he was so impressed with Brewsters 3D, that his wife was not sure how we had "Built" the house before we even completed the blueprints. “After finding him on Yelp with good reviews, we had BVM design a 655 sq. ft. residence that incorporated a pre existing building. He was responsive to emails and calls and gave us a surprising number of designs. He was able to give us exactly what we wanted, despite our ideas being communicated rather poorly over the many many interruptions of small children. It was not cheap, but I don't really know what others charge. Also, when our general contractor saw the plans he said "boy, this guy knows how to draw!!" Overall, he was really easy to work with, gave us exactly what we wanted, and impressed other professionals in his field. What more could you want??”

“Kristin designed the remodel for my home in Encinitas. In a matter of a few hours she overcame design problems we had been struggling with for months, then went on to polish the design into a stand-out plan that has been a joy to live in. This was a complete home remodel. We expanded the master bath, added a new bath, moved and expanded the kitchen, expanded the living room, and added a studio. The end result took advantage of our 180-degree view (which the original design didn't) and cost far less than selling and moving into a comparable property with a similar view, if we had been able to find one.”
