“Currently engaged with Studio Prime in support of a design/build project here in the city of San Luis Obispo. I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable and professional group to work with, but importantly, they also have a sense of humor (especially John). They are helping my wife and I design (and eventually build) a 3,000 sf custom home on an, um, "interesting" hilly site that is presenting some challenges. However, these guys know their stuff, and are deftly navigating us around those challenges. Strongly recommend these guys!”

“We hired Designlink Architecture to renovate our 1980's home. Nothing has been done since it had been built, and though the bones were good, it was dark, chopped up, with very poor room flow. Debra Weisberg, Architect, removed several walls and created new spaces for laundry, kitchen and master bathroom. Debra presented her proposal in such a manner that we knew exactly what our costs were going to be. No hidden costs. At our request, Designlink assisted us with the contractor's bid analysis. She then worked with the selected contractor throughout the entire remodel. We also utilized her interior decorating abilities. We found this internal capability a bonus. She is a good listener and is able to put your thoughts to paper and design. We are very happy with the work Designlink has done and we would highly recommend them. Frank McLanis”

I had a such wonderful experience I would like to share: After hitting a dead end with how to design a functional and well designed master suite for my new house, John spent an hour with me workshopping plans and sharing incredible ideas! His very first question to me was “how long do you envision yourself living here,” which is something I hadn’t really considered. His insight helped guide me through different ideas for the layout. John presented a wide number of ideas and left it up to me to decide which direction I’d like to take. Had it not been for John, I would have built a suite I regretted. His thinking saved me time and likely money in the long run. I couldn’t recommend John enough! Thank you again and I look forward to working together in the future.”

“I've had the privilege of working with John on several projects, all of which turned out exceptionally well due to his foresight during the design and planning process. John was able to ask the right questions to not only help the homeowner decide what they wanted, by also to help in the efficiency of the overall project, weather it be a new build or renovation. One of the key's to John's success is his construction background which in turn allows him to see the project from a builders perspective during the design process. As a General Contractor this is a huge benefit for both the client and the builder on any project. John also has the ability to create amazing 3D photo realistic renderings enabling the client to see the home before it's even built. I would recommend John to anyone he is a pleasure to work with.”
