“I was introduced to Bess through a previous Designer I worked with who was retiring her business. She felt Bess would be a good fit for me and my job, and I knew from our first meeting she was right. Bess and her Studio 3 team came on the job when we completed the basic house conceptual plan. Her input and ideas only further enhanced the function of the floor plan. As well, her knowledge, expertise and practical approach has been so valuable especially as this is my first major house remodel. She is also great when working with your personal choice of contractors, although she provides her own top notch referrals. Her team is friendly and responsive. We still have a ways to go, but she is willing to work with you on what services you need in regards to your budget, which I appreciate. I've been in Real Estate for 13 years, and one thing I've learned is when you find great vendors, partner with them, keep using them and refer them! I've referred Studio 3 to two people / clients with different styles and both have been thrilled to work with her. “We worked with Devendra on duplex remodel project in Sunnyvale. Our project scope was quite large and had to be done in phases. We have completed first phase of the project (interior remodel with significant changes in the layout for first unit) and got our plans approved from the city without any iterations. We are working on the second phase of our project (600 sq ft addition with interior remodel for second unit). Devendra visited site more than once and ensured all our open questions are answered before starting the project. Throughout the process he has been very patient and has incorporated all our feedback. He has been able to work with tight timelines and is quite responsive. “Linder was the designer/architect on a transformation of my detached 2-car garage into a photography and exercise studio. He negotiated the complex requirements -- even more complex because it was in Palo Alto where there are a lot of rules -- and also was really sensitive to the look and the finishing touches. The result was award-winning, but the project itself was a pleasure because of Linder and his colleagues. Linder was also the designer/architect on an inhouse remodel done earlier in which we transformed a dining room that was a traffic choke point in the house into a great room which is now the place we spend most of our time. The room has a cathedral ceiling and great light. A great success.”
