Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. “Alessandra supported us with our kitchen renovation. She spent with us half day at Magnet to design our kitchen, select the materials and the colours. She was very careful and detailed oriented to make sure the kitchen we were getting was exactly what we needed/wished for. Important to note that Alessandra is open find solution for what you need/wish for (different from other architects who wants to put their mark and leave their “stamp” in their designs). She did delivered not a kitchen, but what we called a master piece of art - her careful selection of colour and materials + solutions to corners and panels at the top/at the bottom to hide electrics paid off having her in that work. Everyone who comes to our house or lastly who sees our kitchen from Zoom/Skype or Team spots how beautiful it is (not only beautiful, but for us who uses the kitchen it is entirely functional, easy to clean and all sorted). Thank you Alessandra - you made us very happy and ensured lockdown could be easily managed with our new lovely and super functional (easy to clean) kitchen! Before Alessandra - red kitchen. “Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. We would definitely use them again for future work.”

“The Market Design and Build has just finished a big project for us and we couldn’t be happier. The property is an old converted barn so the challenge was huge. Obviously there were some set backs but the communication in between us (property owners) and The Market was excellent so problems were solved quickly. These guys are not here to screw you over. Before signing the contract they guaranteed us that they wouldn’t leave the project until we were 100% happy.. And they didn’t! We are sure to use The Market again if we need more work done on a property in the future.”

“I worked with JF Projects on a couple of projects and Jonathan is great at getting things done on time and within budget. He provides solutions which has brought us a lot of savings. He gets the liaising done between the Client and the Design Team so that we can just get on with the work. He also looks out for issues with the project before they arrise so that they do not slow the job down. I would recommend working with him and his team.”
