We came to Toby with a set budget and he did an excellent job of accommodating our budget while also keeping the important aspects of the design in play. Toby has a wonderfully creative mind and is not afraid to design a plan which is forward thinking while also based in traditional concepts used by his predecessors such as Bauhaus and Frank Lloyd Wright.
