“I went to Scott after buying what should have been a tear down in Nashville's historic Belmont area. Knowing the house falls within the Historic District we knew we'd have a number of hurdles to jump to keep in their good graces while at the same time creating a showplace. We faced a number of challenges, not least of which was we had a tiny footprint, we wanted more square footage but we also wanted to respect the neighbors and not "overbuild". Scott listened to what we wanted... then turned his eye to design a house that not only exceeded expectations, but won two national awards from Qualified Remodeler!
