“We hired Designlink Architecture to renovate our 1980's home. Nothing has been done since it had been built, and though the bones were good, it was dark, chopped up, with very poor room flow. Debra Weisberg, Architect, removed several walls and created new spaces for laundry, kitchen and master bathroom. Debra presented her proposal in such a manner that we knew exactly what our costs were going to be. No hidden costs. At our request, Designlink assisted us with the contractor's bid analysis. She then worked with the selected contractor throughout the entire remodel. We also utilized her interior decorating abilities. We found this internal capability a bonus. She is a good listener and is able to put your thoughts to paper and design. We are very happy with the work Designlink has done and we would highly recommend them. Frank McLanis”

I would be hard pressed to come up with enough positive adjectives to describe his work ethic, his calm and introspective approach to life, his natural ability to see designs and carry them through, his leadership ability, his integrity and his character and honesty. I would, without reservation, say that you could not find a more qualified person. Brian provided design work and consulting, for example, on our Red Rock Creek project, a $30,000,000 project in Sedona, Arizona. His work was professional and timely and was instrumental in getting the project approved by the City of Sedona. He also coordinated with the City as well as various engineers and provided indispensible ideas on construction methods and cost savings. Due to the drop in the real estate market, the project was not completed, but Brian's part was impeccable.”

His very first question to me was “how long do you envision yourself living here,” which is something I hadn’t really considered. His insight helped guide me through different ideas for the layout. John presented a wide number of ideas and left it up to me to decide which direction I’d like to take. Had it not been for John, I would have built a suite I regretted.
