“Working with Pam Fine Architecture has been a great experience for my husband and myself. The quality of her work is excellent with her attention to detail. The floor layout Pam created for our house was really our dream come true for our expectations. Communicating with Pam Fine Architecture was really simple and easy and she always payed attention to any inputs we offered. Pam always responded quickly to any questions we had regarding our plans. Overall, working with Pam Fine Architecture is five star worthy and I would highly recommend to anyone. Her prices are very competitive and I see no reason to look anywhere else. My husband and I did a lot of searching for an architect and Pam Fine beats them all.”

“We worked with Tim Kerner on our full house renovation in downtown Philadelphia in 2009. He is very meticulous, thorough and thoughtful in his approach. He does not rush through decisions or projects. He communicated well with our general contractor. Also, when it came time to make decisions about lighting fixtures and other hardware around the house, he sent me some links online of ideas to choose from, to make the process less overwhelming. I found this extremely helpful. Tim is patient and easy to work with and I would hire him again for another project, or recommend him to anyone. I cannot speak to his rates because we did not get other estimates (as he also worked on a family member's project, so we knew we wanted to work with him). We are thrilled the way our house turned out.”

The team was our one stop shop to help us balance the needs and final chance to get it right, as critical plan budget restraints were necessary due to repeated insurance recovery disappointments. The Team is one of the very best experiences with getting a custom building job on track, on time, within budget. The most important reflection of the experience was complete early communication and finalization of needs and wants. We can now reflect the joy of watching our home rise from paper to reality due to the value and professional competence of the Halliday Architects Team and knowledge. GREAT JOB WELL DONE! “We couldn't have had a better experience with Christina Amey. She listened to all of our wishes when we had our initial meeting. While we expected to be told that some of our wishes could not be accommodated based on our property size, we were tremendously surprised to learn that every aspect we deemed important was included, and she is so creative she vastly improved on our design ideas. In summary, she hit it out of the ball park - our final design was everything we hoped for and more! In addition, Christina remains very accessible throughout the construction of our home. We and our contractor receive prompt answers whenever we have had questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Christina Amey Architect LLC!”

“We highly recommend EMK Designs. We met EMK/Erik after many meetings with potential contractors and designers. Most gave us the impression that our dream beach home would be based on their ideas, but Erik actually listened. He then took our ideas, needs/wants and sketches and transformed them into *our* blueprint--one that we could use for bid, to guide the construction process, and keep us within budget. Ours was a complete reno utilizing the foundation as a footprint. Erik used that existing framework to create a stunning yet economically practical design. Not all designers stay actively involved during construction, but Erik did--beyond his contracted follow-up. Early on he caught a significant contractor framing error which he corrected directly with the site contact. He even got involved with design ideas beyond his scope of work and provided great suggestions all in keeping with our style. We feel our investment with EMK Designs was money well spent and saved us money overall. (Too) many times the contractor would attempt to negotiate line items that fortunately for us, EMK had detailed clearly in our plan. Anyone considering a construction project should not skip this critical planning step, particularly if you want your requirements heard and included in the construction of your home.”

“We worked with Freddy Bada on our house design beginning in 2016 with the completion of the house in August 2017. Freddy and his firm were great to work with. Freddy has wonderful design ideas that translate into very good plans for the actual build. Our house has an open floor plan and Freddy was able to include all the specifications that give the house the structural integrity needed for the open concept design near the coast. The house is beautiful and well thought out, we wouldn’t change a things thanks to the thoughtful approach taken by Freddy. They are a top drawer firm.”
