“Fulfilled all aspects of both jobs The lift install was a challenge involving cutting through the concrete floor all done with much less mess and inconvenience final completion was perfect and left us totally satisfied The onsuite was a similarly process successful effort with minimal disruption to our daily life every effort to a keeping dust ,mess was done and w Must say very successfully achieved The completed on suite ( really a complete rebuild) was excellent and full filled our expectations rob a tee Very happy with the whole experience”

“I had the pleasure of meeting Jarryd late 2018 and he provided a quote to rebuild our BBQ area building which houses the pool filters, shower and kitchen. Unfortunately it needed total rebuilding due to extensive damage by termites. Construction started in February and was completed within a couple of weeks. Jarryd and his team at Tide Constructions were totally professional in all aspects. Always polite and nothing that I asked them to do over and above what was quoted was a problem. I would not hesitate to engage his services for any projects.”

“We visited the showroom to have a look what was on offer and we were absolutely blown away with what they can do with glass. We were looking for a kitchen splash-back and it was great to be involved with the colour choice and the design. Lisa and the team run a very professional service, the job ran exactly to schedule, the fitters did an excellent job, I could not be happier with the end result, it has brought everything together in our kitchen and is a huge talking point for everyone that visits.”

“Creative Homes designed and built our dream home within budget and ahead of time. We’ve been a fan of the homes built by Creative Homes for some time – they create fantastic custom built modern pole homes that are perfectly respectful of the environment they share. We immensely enjoyed the design process. The Creative Homes team took our array of ideas and combined them with their own wonderful ideas to develop a home that surpassed our own expectations. The overall design was also made to work exceptionally well on the block of land that presented some unique challenges – a few steep slopes and a dry river gully immediately next to the building envelope that becomes a river in times of big rain downpours. The home build went incredibly smoothly and quickly – Creative Homes delivered the home a month ahead of an already tight schedule! The Creative Homes team were meticulous in providing us all the information we needed on the build process and chaperoning us through (in a productive, encouraging and occasionally prodding manner) the myriad of decisions we needed to make during the build itself. When we next build, it will only be if Creative Homes are willing to be our designer and builders again. Michelle and John”

They managed other trades effectively and only used professional experienced people which was a real bonus.
