“France is absolutely wonderful. I would recommend her anytime. Not only does she has great taste but she is resourcful, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Her recommendations are always tasteful but realistic within the budget that we had set up before. She respects budget which is rare in this field. I undertook major renovations with her. We had planned for the renovations to happen while I was on vacation. She handled all the quotes with the contractor and suppliers. She followed up on delivery of material and was on the site everyday during the renovations, updating me on a daily basis by email while I was away. When I came back, everything was done to perfection! I never experienced the hassles of the renovations. Her contractor is amazing, works very well and very reliable. And France is the perfect project manager. I trusted her completely and would work with her again anytime. I recommended her to all my friends who needed help and they were thrilled with her work. She is just great!!!”

“I have used Lewis Creek for a couple of projects. The first was some interior remodeling including a bathroom and front foyer and flooring for both (tile). They also subcontracted to an excellent wood floorer and recommended an excellent roofer. The second job was front and back porch installations. With both, work was timely and within projected estimates. The quality of the work was exemplary, and filled with suggestions regarding aesthethics and best choice of materials. This company has so much to offer, personable, pleasant people to work with, solid business ethics, with an eye to green if requested, detailed explanations and education if I asked. I will (and plan to to build a sauna ) hire them again.”

“Our Vermont Cape was remodeled from top to bottom by Peregrine two years ago - right down to the studs. We had a preliminary meeting with Architect, Cliff Deetjen and Owner Tim Frost and never looked back. Every interaction was a joy and we had them come back a year later to remodel the basement! The process was seamless, from the initial sketches to the final walk through, and when we had design ideas they were incorporated beautifully. The lead carpenter and the rest of the crew have left their stamp of quality on every inch of the house. The house is backed by woods and Cliff immediately realized the importance of creating a relationship between the house and the surrounding environment. The house now is full of light, the kitchen radiates warmth from handcrafted cherry cabinets, the master bathroom glows with a maple vanity and beautiful blond stone tile. We feel like we'll always have a friendship with Peregrine and all the wonderful vendors (tiler, cabinetmaker, stained glass artist, painter, electricians, plumber, appliance supplier) who worked on our home.”

“If you want something done right, do it yourself. That is what I used to live and believe. Zeck has changed my mind. Are you are old (or smart) enough to know that there are people who; actually have more skills, know as much as you do, are just as ethical and frugal as you are, and most importantly, care about the final product as much as you do? If so, you might be ready for a builder who will create your dreams, raise your expectations of what can be done, treat your money as his own and give you an outcome to be truly be proud of, and in that case I confidently recommend Zeck Brewton and Mountain Home Builders.”

“Our family hired Classic Home Design to build our home in 2010. We met with husband and wife team, Maura and Justin, to help design the layout of our future home. We clicked with them immediately as we all were really excited to build a geen home under 1900 sq ft. We enjoyed the time we spent editing and then finally coming to agreement on a floorplan to best meet our needs. Next the excavation and building process began which was very smooth with clear communication and skilled work being completed in a neat and timely manner. Electrician and plumbing was done by competent contracters. Along the way we were called to make decisions and sometimes persuaded in a different dirrection. We were pleased as we were able to chose everything from heating, large appliances, wall colors and cabinetry. We tried to keep everything very clean as we wanted to create a healthy environment for our son and ourselves. The end product is beautiful and amazingly efficient to run. We use minimal propane and possibly 3+ cords of wood a year for heating. We love our home and everyone who visits comments on the bright open floor plan and the wood trim and accents that make it unique and warm.”

“We hired Josiah to update a very outdated house we bought in Charlotte, VT. He is great meeting you to give you the estimate of cost to do whatever you would like so you can see if you can afford it before buying the house. We were very pleased with the work he did, and it involved a lot of wallpaper removal and painting, kitchen remodel and bathroom remodel. I have lovely before and after pictures to attest to the quality of his work. He repainted my kitchen cabinets and they look brand new! Excellent work! No need to buy new cabinets”

“We hired LK projects to design our office and home space. We were quite pleased and satisfied with the work. Leslie has an excellent eye for color and really knows how to pull a room together. I learnt a lot just listening to her. Most importantly she suggests ideas but isn't pushy and leaves the final decision to you. If any issues or problems arise, she is very forthcoming and quick to resolve the issue. We would highly recommend LK projects. Without Leslie we would have been lost. Job well done!”
