“We hired Stonegate in 2011 for two primary bathroom remodels, in 2012 for a bonus room renovation and in 2013 for a complete kitchen renovation including moving walls. From the beginning Alex Post immediately established a thorough assessment of the various project needs. He offered innovative solutions to design aspects both to maximize utility of space and for optimum modern functionality and luxurious appeal. He brought together a very talented team giving us opportunity to frequently review design considerations with the cabinet designer, and the construction project manager. The combined experience and level of professionalism of this team is one of the reasons we immediately felt comfortable to begin our working relationship with Stonegate. Stonegate closely and thoroughly coordinated every detail - the layout and cabinet design, cost estimates, various county inspections, and excellent subcontractors for every need (granite and tile, lighting and electrical, flooring, drywall and painting). Every detail was handled in a most professional manner. We now have an absolutely beautiful and amazing modern functioning kitchen and bathrooms. They have transformed our home. We were exceptionally pleased with the quality of the their workmanship, the business relationship, the oversight of the project, the administrative details of the contracts and financials, and the ease in working with all of them as the project evolved. “Harmon Builders set the bar high and then exceeded it every step of the way. They took our raw piece of land void of any infastructure and turned it into a beautiful and relaxing haven where nature meets modern comfort and design. From the moment we talked with Melani and Paul we knew they were going to be the builders of choice for our project. Harmon Builders approached our project as if it was their own home. They cared as if they would be living there and thought through every possible scenario and fact of life to ensure everything would be both beautiful and functional. “We hired LeFaivre based on a recommendation from someone who installed our back splash. Their professionalism was obvious from the beginning; they (specifically, Andy Whitfield) set up a sketch of what our basement could be and once we made a few minor changes, the basement was then on its way to looking good. The project was completed in a timely manner and we have received compliments on how good it looks. The bathroom is so much nicer than the ones I was given by the builder. The person who headed our project completion went above and beyond for us; he installed our pool table lights, our dart board, and put in extra protections in our cat room so that the carpet wasn't chewed up by two kitties. All in all it was a wonderful experience!!”

“Cisney & O'Donnell's rebuilt our front porch, put in windows, and rubber roofs above outcroppings on a larger roof of a turn-of-the-century mansion. Their work was excellent. The crew was efficient tearing off the old construction, cleaning up the debris, and rebuilding the new construction. After 10 years we have not had one leak in the roof, the porch still looks like new and the window works perfectly. The crew was polite, did not interfere with our daily routines and was quite pleasant when asked questions about what they were doing and why. The supervisor did an excellent job helping us with design decisions and recommending the best materials for the job. We certainly are pleased with all aspects of the work Cisney & O'Donnell did for us. We would recommend the company to anyone doing new construction or repairing/rebuilding an old building like ours.”
