“Josh was recommended to us by a friend. They’re still our friends. We met him at the farm and discussed our idea for a small house and where we’d like it situated. Josh first suggested a slightly better location and then asked to see our plans; that’s when it got interesting. Our only plans was a sketch Debbie had made on notebook paper. Josh chuckled and Debbie promised to put the plans on graph paper, along with dimensions, which she did and the digging began. Eventually a neighbor produced a set of plans using a floor plan software for which Josh was very thankful. Too late to make a long story short..so let’s continue. Josh and his crew made countless suggestions along the way and the finished product is dang near a dream home rather than a simple farm house overlooking a 10 acre lake. We couldn’t be happier with the result. My only request in the project was a wrap around porch. I call the place my porch with an attached house. Josh and his crew were experienced, efficient, and very creative. They essentially built a house from a paper napkin plan. The only problem is visitors never want to leave...neither do we.”
