“When I had first seen their price compared to other bids I had received. I was a little skeptical. I was told that if I had any questions I could reach out and a week later I called to make sure that everything was going to work. I called at 9 o’clock at night, and they still answer the phone and answered all of my questions I had and I felt comfortable moving forward. it seemed like an average bathroom remodel but I received so much more and I am ever grateful that I gave this company a chance. I would recommend them to everyone and I have. I know that many of my family members have also done work with this company. “We had an addition constructed by Koep Homes which essentially doubled our square footage. We added an entrance, re-design of existing kitchen footprint, laundry room on the first floor, a garage, new basement footprint/configuration, additional basement room, a bonus room and full bath above the garage, a screened porch and additional deck. We had the pleasure of having Koep Homes build the addition to our home. “Attention to Detail” is what comes to mind. Koep Homes ensured that we were pleased with the work being performed and when something didn’t “feel” right either by Koep Homes or by us, the issue(s) was discussed, mutual agreement for resolution was reached; and, the project moved forward. “Quality” is another benefit of having Koep Homes perform the work. The workmanship is excellent. There are many builders but there are few builders who truly care about what is unseen or behind the sheetrock/drywall or under the finished floors. Koep Homes provides the expertise to ensure the construction is done properly and that the finished product is as the homeowner contemplated. Finish work is impeccable! “We have had Central Construction do many projects for us since 2010. From small projects to building our orchard bakery and store. They are very detail oriented and care about what they do. They always complete the jobs in a reasonable amount of time and if there are delays they go as fast as possible and the quality is always there. They are honest and their pricing is fair. I would highly reccomend Central Construction for small building needs to large scale projects, consumer or commercial. They are great to work with!”

She was here everyday twice a day, keeping the sub-contractors on schedule, making sure everything was in proper order, and just making sure the whole process was running smoothly.
