“They have a large location in Aurora with lots of pieces to look at. They are very accommodating and will allow you to purchase direct from them or hire them to come into your home and create a design plan for you. They can custom order pretty well anything you need as well as having numerous catalogues that can be ordered from. They allowed me to take the piece I bought home for a trial first which is not something that all retailers like to do for the customer.”

“I searched long and hard for a woodworker to make my live-edge walnut dining table. After narrowing it down to three places -- one near me in Arizona, one in California, and Beaver Hardwood -- I contacted each of them to get some specifics.. As soon as I spoke with Mark from Beaver Hardwood, I knew he was my guy. Mark is 100% professional, and an amazing craftsman. He and his team created a table that is exactly what I had envisioned, right down to the beautiful, almost 3D-looking woodgrain. He took great pains to ensure the table arrived without so much as a scratch, and communicated to the delivery crew an exact process to follow for moving the table off the truck and into my home. He then shared the instructions with me, so that I would know whether or not it was being handled properly. My table was also completed within the promised timeframe. I've had follow-up questions for him a few times, and he's always been super-responsive. I've never experienced this level of service before, with any kind of purchase. I am very perfectionistic, and I tend to expect more than the average consumer, so it is nearly impossible to surpass my expectations. Mark pulled it off, though.”
