“Cornerstone Remodeling did a whole house remodel of my 1880's home in Laurel, Md. The entire project was completed in 5 months. On budget. Cornerstone worked with us to plan out what projects we could contribute to help keep the project within our budget. The guys from Cornerstone arrived everyday, on time and ready to work. They answered any questions that we had immediately and respectfully. Every day they left the project cleaned up and ready to be worked on the next day. I have attached before and after photos of the exterior of the house and a photo of the kitchen which we (the homeowners) installed. On the whole, the experience was fantastic. The house is beautiful and solid. I would highly recommend them for any project, big or small.”

From our first consultation to the last inspection, the staff at Smithouse were always extremely friendly and professional. After several years of thinking and talking about remodeling our out of date kitchen and living room/dinning room space, we finally made the move and asked friends who they would recommend. Several told us about Smithouse so we contacted Dave and his team. From the very beginning, they listened to our needs and communicated flawlessly. New kitchen island, stainless steel sink, granite counter tops, tile back splash, paint, raising the ceiling, fixtures, lighting….so many decisions for us, but they delivered exactly what we asked for. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the finished product, that came in on budget and in less time that estimated. JP who managed the project, was professional, courteous, and on time every day. The crew that he brought was phenomenal, from start to finish the delivered, and cleaned up every step of the way. We missed them when they were gone, but 5 stars to the crew and our whole experience with Smithouse…we would definitely do it all again! Loving our new addition!”
