“Ty and his assistant Devin did a wonderful job renovating a house we inherited in Lakeside Park, Kentucky.The house needed alot of work - and they did a wonderful job - and were very particular about getting everything right. The work they both did themselves and supervised by other contractors included: basement waterproofing, substantial rewiring, replacement of soffits, replacement of floors in two rooms, installation of new kitchen appliances and countertops, 2 bathroom renovations, new HVAC, installation of new lighting throughout, reconstruction of an attached outdoor shed and repainting of the entire house, including the basement. I would recommend them highly!”

“John Powell met with us to discuss the plaster ceilings and walls on the second floor of our 108 year old home. Plaster had recently fallen from the ceiling in the hallway due to old age. At our request he assessed the condition of the walls and ceilings on the second floor. The recommendation to replace the plaster with drywall in the hall, walk in closet, and two bedrooms led to a contract. John completed a formal estimate in a timely manner which we accepted. A starting date was established and we paid one third of the cost as a down payment. After a certain portion of the work was completed another one third payment was made, with the final payment upon completion of the work. John is a responsible contractor who improved the appearance as well as the safety of our second floor. We are happy with John's work and highly recommend him.”
