“Steven Shore recently remodeled our bathroom, tiled another bathroom and put up backslash in our kitchen. He and his crew were efficient and very respectful to us and our home. We only had a general idea of what we wanted to have done but he provided us with suggestions on our shower build out and flooring. They did an excellent job and we were very happy with the redesign. We would definitely rehire them for any future remodels in our home.”

“The Dan Company did an amazing job on internal and external repairs to my house. The drywall guys did a great job and got the job done quickly and were very neat and clean. The paint crew was also neat and quick, and the finished walls looked perfect. For the amount of work done in the timeframe allowed, my final invoice was very reasonable. I have suggested The Dan Company to my friends also needing home repairs/improvements.”

“Ray handled several difficult handiman tasks. Normally, I would have had to hire a specialist on each separate project. Not only did he complete the tasks in a very timely manner, but the quality of the work was excellent. Finally, he was very accurate with his bid. In the past, we have hired a contractor to complete a project and after receiving the invoice it was double the bid. That was not the case with Ray.”

“We hired 38 Construction for a partial master bathroom remodel - to convert our tub and shower stall into a walk-in shower. From the initial interaction until the day our shower was completed, the experience was top notch. I've never had a project go so smoothly, to the point it was kinda fun. Adam was friendly, courteous and polite; he listened, advised and responded at every step of the process, even when we put him on the spot to validate our design ideas. He was also very flexible - we made 2 design changes before work started and a few very minor ones during the project, and he graciously handled each one like the pro he is. I especially appreciated his efforts to help us with finding the right accessories as well as figuring out how to blend the wall tile with the wall. His crew was a husband/wife team who were amazing - the quality was beyond what we were expecting. They were also polite and very conscientious, going out of their way to be as minimally disruptive as possible, protecting all work areas and doing their best to minimize mess, cleaning up every evening, etc. On their last day, they did a totally thorough cleaning - thank you, because I hate mess and that was biggest stressor for me personally! Anyway, every "glitch" we experienced (because there's no such thing as a project without some) was managed with professionalism - Adam took care of it all. Because we were able to see the results of each day's work, glitches like needing more tile that took 4 days to arrive or running out of grout wasn't such a big deal. Needless to say, we now have the shower that we (ok, *I*) dreamed of having and I get a satisfying thrill every time I use it. I am so glad we hired 38 Construction - we would recommend Adam without any reservations and will certainly hire him again for our next project (which I've been told is not soon, oh well). Thanks 38 Construction for my amazing bathroom!!”
