“Fact is, these guys saved the day. Arrived promptly when I noticed my ceiling was bubbling/leaking water. Not the kind of thing you want to come home to ever but when it happens you want someone like these guys to step in and knock it out. They dealt with the insurance company which I liked because the lady was jumping on my last nerve. Professionals, high tech equipment used to secure the scene. Highly recommended if you find yourself in a bad spot like I did. Cheers”

“Fairless Homes was wonderful to work with! This was a long distance complete remodel (we currently live in Connecticut) and it could not have gone smoother. We also remodeled our backyard pool and patio area. They had many good ideas and suggestions. Communication during the project was excellent. We received frequent updates and photos of the progress. All of their subcontractors were also easy to work with and professional. Our newly remodeled home is beautiful and has exceeded our expectations!”

“Remodel of Master Bathroom. Replaced spa tub, remodeled shower, replaced vanity, sinks and vanity lighting including necessary electrical modifications. Ranieri Construction removed all master bathroom fixtures and upgraded the shower to accommodate a hand-held hower in addition to the showerhead. Plumbing was modified for shower and spa tub however; a plumbing leak occurred. Ranieri Construction was quick to respond and did whatever it took to make sure the leak was corrected. Coordination with contractors, who provided other services e.g. vanity and cultured marble installation was handled by Ranieri Construction, which enabled the re-model to be completed successfully. Ranieri Construction stands behind their work and will do whatever it takes to rectify and unforeseen problems/issues.”

“Fletcher door and trim does it all. They laid tile floors though out the entire house look awesome. Fletcher door and trim had some excellent ideas on how to lay the tile to not only make our house look bigger but look one of a kind. He has an artistic eye when it comes to home improvement. So much so we used him to do our entire master bathroom remodel with steam shower, tile and back splash around the tub and once again he delivered. Use them you will not regret it.”

“After visiting close friends and seeing the remodeling work Certified Construction Services had done to most of their home (ceilings, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. ) I gave John a call and he promptly came to give an estimate on my home. He gave me some ideas I hadn't thought of and was helpful and friendly. (full bathroom remodel, flooring and framing in the gym, recessed lighting, painting) The estimate was fair and reasonable in comparison to other companies. Luis was communicative regarding progress and scheduling and oversaw crews daily. I have had some really challenging situations with regard to home improvement in the past and this company has been a refreshing change. They are punctual, professional, and helpful. As a result, every week or so I add a new project. I am extremely pleased with everyone I have come in contact with through Certified Construction Services. They do outstanding work and are very easy to work with.”

“I recently had We Build It, owned/operated by Tomer Steinberg, extend the roof line above the front entrance to my home and install an lattice arbor over the walkway leading to the front entrance to protect my badly sun-damaged wooden doors in the front entrance and mother-in-law room. Additionally, he and his crew stripped and refinished the doors and jambs, providing a protective UV coating to prevent/slow sun damage for what is expected to be years to come. The doors and jambs were custom refinished to provide a unique, weathered look similar to what one would expect from the weathered doors of an old hacienda. The work was completed in such a way as to tie seamlessly into the existing roof line. I highly recommend Tomer for any new or reconstruction you may need.”
