“Jaime Villagram, owner of Construo Construction was prompt and delivered as promised at the original price we agreed on. All work was completed on time and in a professional way. That was my first time using him. The next time was in my home. The dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded the kitchen. The hardwood floors all had to be refinished or replaced. Jaime took over with the insurance adjuster and got the approval to do the job .Job three was a leaking roof on my commercial building That was also done perfectly.”

“Cut masters did an amazing job adding custom details to our otherwise boring old house! They put built in's on either side of our fireplace and trimmed around out flat screen TV. In addition to that they put beautiful crown molding, chair rail and wainscoting on the main floor. It has absolutely transformed our house into a home. Lastly, they put a classic Carrara marble backsplash in the kitchen, a custom mirror surround in the powder room and opened up the wall from the kitchen to the family room! AMAZING!!!”

We recently used them to remodel the kitchen, and two bathrooms and have been delighted with both the process and the results. They were honest, prompt and treated our home as if it were there's. They worked with our time frame as well. When they start a job they stay until finished not bouncing around from job to job. You are their priority. Both our kitchen and bathrooms look amazing, and both are so much more functional than they were before. We were absolutely delighted that the remodel stayed on schedule and within our budget. “Dennis renovated my entire home and added approximately 1200 square feet to the existing footprint. This was a lenghty and complicated process that was estimated at 10 months and took every bit as long. We renovated 5 bathrooms and added another full bath as well as a master suite and guest suite and reconfigured much of the home taking everything else down to the studs. All new mechanicals and insulation and hardscape were done. The project was done with high quality and for at least 15% less than the closest estimate. Dennis was great through the entire project. As expected, there were ups and downs over the course of the year. If you aren't ready for some unexpected findings, don't even embark on a renovation of any sort. I say this as I want you to know this review is legit. However, every step of the the way, Dennis was at the project overseeing the work, answering questions, and keeping us informed. He is the job foreman and GC. It's his own personal business that he grew up working in with his father. Unlike many GC's he could put on a tool belt and do the job himself, and that gives him insight to know if the work being done is actually done right. I have referred Dennis to my friends and he has done work for 2. Both have been very happy. My wife and I love it when Dennis stops by to tweek things or just say hi. He is an honest and honorable man whom I respect. Contrast that with most people I know who undertook renovation projects. For most of them, the last time they saw their GC was in court. I recommend Dennis Kelbus without any any reservation. You should STRONGLY consider Dennis for your project of any size.”
