“Ilan and his team have completed 2 projects for me. The first was Oct 2021: I was in a horrible place after my new construction business flooded and drywall, plumbing, flooring and cabinetry had to be removed due to city sewer backup. After working with my landlords, insurance, and the building HOA, I was still on the hook for a significant amount for repairs. Ilan met me the day after I called and got his team started on the project almost immediately. His guys are professional, efficient, and hardworking. You cannot go wrong with this team. I am so grateful with how they helped me during this difficult period. And that I was able to get back to business! I will definitely use them again should the need arise. The 2nd project was for my home, summer 2022. His team came and repaired our etched and detailed glass shower door for a fraction of the price a glass door store quoted me. Our railing had come off and we were told we would have to replace the entire glass door for a substandard quality and a significant cost and that the railing could not be fixed. Ilan's team came and fixed the railing within a few hours. The also made repairs throughout my home, including but not limited to: concrete stairs sealing, painting, re-sealing the shower and replacing fixtures. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He is reliable, transparent, and easy to get a hold of. I have had horrible experiences working with contractors, so his team is like a breath of fresh air. They will do the work until it is complete and done to your satisfaction.”

Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). “My roof and siding was done by Amana GC. They did a great job communicating with the insurance company to get our entire project paid for through our home owner policy.. They were also fast... they had 6 guys do our roof in one day and 8 guys did our siding in one 12 hour day. the other quotes I received did little to work with our insurance company and told us it would take 2 weeks with a 2 man crew. I think negotiating with insurance companies is what differentiates them from everyone else. Times are tough and we did not have the extra money to get a new roof and siding. Having someone take care of the negotiations (insurance companies can try to make things so complicated) and not come out of pocket to pay for our new roof and siding is why I rated Amana 5 stars.”

“I have had entire house renovation done by Atlas Design and Remodeling. I have had kitchen, master bathroom, first floor bathroom and kids bathroom on the 2nd floor. We did entire basement refinish with exercise room, laundry and rec room. Exactly as promised from start to finish. Workers arrived on time and worked efficiently. Craftsmanship outstanding. Result is beautiful! I would use Mr. Arth Monroe again because he is very responsive, his prices are honest and good, and he came with remarkably high recommendations from the architect I used. If I were going to build a house or a big addition, I would go with him.”

Bev Totsch and her subcontractors were always on time and were respectful of our home. Everything was replaced and remodeled -- walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinetry, and appliances. We were told the project would take about five weeks and it did. The end results were stunning! Everyone who's seen our new kitchen has been very impressed.
