“We hired Joseph So's Solid Rock Custom Contstruction Company to refinish several hardwood floors in our house built in the 1920's including a Brazilian walnut parkay floor. He came in with a very reasonable bid to do the parkay floor, 15 steps to a second story, upstairs hallway and two bedrooms with closets. The job was done professionally and on time. They minimized dust, and cleaned up after. They also went beyond the normal in repairing some rough spots where hallway joined the bedroom. We were very happy and would highly recommend them!”

“MBD designed and remodeled TWO bathrooms to our exact liking. We contacted 4 other companies before finding MBD. Remodeling two entire bathrooms and expanding a shower in the master bath is a huge expense and a big decision and there are only great things to say about MBD. They were honest and provided various options with costs for each. The entire construction process was impressive, mainly due to the professionalism and knowledge of our Construction Superintendent, Greg, who visited the worksite constantly to ensure the high quality of work. Each time he visited the site, he met with us to ensure that we were pleased with the work, and to ask if we had any questions. Everybody at MBD has been great, and it is my pleasure to give them our recommendation, and sincere appreciation!”

“I hired Total Home to replace the windows in my new house. The builder put in cheap windows and wouldn't even upgrade them for $. Once I moved in, I had Total Home come out and replace the windows with nice double panes. The team was very professional, fast and clean. When they were done, it looked like the build had intended to includ them the whole time. Great job, highly recommended!!!”

“My family of five embarked on an eight-month journey of construction to our house while living in it. We gutted a kitchen and added on a family room, laundry room, mudroom and half-bath on the main floor. We felt very prepared going into the process and were led every step of the way by Rick, his crew, his assistant and the construction website/app he used. The communication with Redesign KC was of utmost importance to us when we decided to move forward with our project. Rick was great at making sure we knew what was going on, emailed us within a short amount of time when we sent him concerns, and kept in touch with us with big pieces to the project. We felt very comfortable with the workers in our house and they were very nice to work around during our summer at home. The outcome of our project was so amazing! We feel so comfortable in our space and it feels perfect to our family. I can't imagine the old house anymore. Friends and family comment on it all the time and the craftsmanship was to our expectations, thanks to a wonderful worker named Richard. “Dana and the guys did an excellent job for us. We have a very large deck that needed to be replaced and the demo alone was a lot of work. They worked every day in the June sun, cleaned up after themselves, tolerated our dogs in the backyard and the best part was helped us with design and they had wonderful suggestions. The work is absolutely amazing and we get so many compliments. They definatly put the wow factor in our back yard. Will have them back again for other projects for sure!”
