“After interviewing a number of builders for my custom designed home, I selected Curtis Graff of Graf Custom Construction. My decision to do so was based on extensive research into the type of home I had designed and their familiarity with the newest technology. Throughout the project planning, Curtis Graf invested significant time in helping me evaluate the variety of solutions for HVAC, insulation, windows, foundation and other critical components of the available material and construction techniques. I had consulted with other builders that were not interested or willing to discuss these options with me, and basically told me how they planned to build my home, and didn't seem too concerned in what I wanted to purchase. The Graf crew are remarkable. Many of folks working on my home were direct employees and not subcontractors. Curtis Graf was usually on site and got his hands dirty. I had spoken to some builders who never do any work themselves, and I believe that Graf has the right approach. In conclusion, I am delighted with the quality of the home I received and the consideration and attitude of the entire team. They are very responsive to minor issues, even after being paid! I would do some things differently if I were ever to build another home, but would definitely hire this company.”

“Dylan has done 4 or 5 different things since I moved into my new home. He has installed a backsplash, hung pictures, put up a mantle , installed a glass block window and other miscellaneous projects. In each case Dylan's work has far exceeded my expectations. He has always been right on time ( unusual for sure in this industry). His work habits are exceptional and he has always left my house nest and clean.”

“Our bathroom had a clogged pipe which ended up causing major issues with water flooding in through our kitchen. Firedex came in quickly and worked from the time they got there around 5 pm until they finished somewhere around 12:30 am. They were quick to answer any questions I had and were very courteous. They placed dehumidifiers and dryers in my bathroom, kitchen and basement and placed a mold resistant spray down to try and dry all the moldings and walls as well as prevent mold.”
