He immediately understood my design needs and was extremely helpful in picking out all the appropriate materials to make my dream bathrooms a reality. “As a property owner in the Pacific Heights area of San Francisco, I engaged the services of Wolk Development, to renovate a home we were planning to sell. Brian prepared a proposal which looked fantastic and we decided to go with it. Brian personally handled every aspect of the project with his excellent team. He was always prompt to return phone calls and reply to emails, was always courteous, patient, and enthusiastic about the project. He was extremely professional throughout. Most importantly, in our case, we needed a very (seemingly impossible) turnaround, so that the property could be put on the market at the optimum time. Brian came through, and delivered on every aspect of the plan, with a beautiful result and no unexpected increases int eh budget. The end result was truly stunning, and I seriously doubt this could have happened had we chosen any other contractor.”

“My experiences with Jason McClure have all been extremely positive! He is a true professional and a great person to work with. He has done projects in my parents former home that my niece and her family now live in. He did several projects on site. Electrical, plumbing, insulation, lighting, roofing, painting, tile work, bridge repair and other jobs as requested. He has some wonderful ideas, but always listened to what was wanted and offered his expert advice on what would work best. Jason has done projects for me for the past 3 to 4 years. Jason also did some landscaping work at my home as well as a covered area on an existing arbor. He and his family are wonderful and always will have a positive review from me!! “Our company has worked with QPS for several years. We have done business with more than 140 other general contractors and other construction companies, both locally and throughout the state of California. Without question, we find QPS to be one of the top three general contractors that we have ever worked with. They are attentive, dependable and a pleasure to work with. They always do what they say they’re going to do but even more than that they under promise and over deliver every single time on every single project. Their prices are more than fair and they never overcharge….. it’s run like a family business is supposed to be operated. There are never excuses. QPS has a significant staff of qualified professionals. They never take on more work than they can handle or work that they are not qualified for. To be honest, we are always looking for projects to do so that we can partner our clients with them. We , ourselves are an interior design and interior architectural firm, who represent quality workmanship as you will see on our website, www.warrensheetsdesign.com. “I worked with Benchmark Builders LLC, we did a whole home remodel. They were straightforward to work with and also had a lot of fun. They are a down-to-earth builder that made the process enjoyable. Were their hiccups? Yes, but all in all I would work with them again and I love my home. Nick the owner was a pleasure to work with.”

“I have several reasons for highly recommending Smith & Son Inc. Our project was the installation of a composite deck over a worn out cement patio. Out of the three quotes we received, Lance Smith not only provided us with a detailed quote very quickly, he was the only individual we met with who followed up with us by telephone to discuss his quote. This discussion led to further clarity regarding our project and savings on the overall cost, putting us within our budget. Lance recommended a particular decking material which we are extremely pleased with. Knowing we were eager to start, Lance found a way to begin our project much sooner than expected. His three man crew was led by a seasoned and experienced foreman who not only guided his team, but also checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Noe took great pride in his work and was very eager to please. They kept the work area tidy and safely stowed their equipment at the end of their workday. We are very happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Smith & Son again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.”
