“I worked with this company over a few months looking for a 2nd home that I could also rent out. I shopped around for an agent over a couple of weeks and stumbled upon Joe Folsom in Ellijay. From the start, Joe was extremely friendly, and helpful. He asked the right questions, and then over a 6 month period showed me all the different types of properties that I requested. Joe was very patient and provided me with all the information I needed to make a great purchase. He was not pushy or aggressive like other agents. He was extremely flexible and was willing to show me places whenever I was available. “I had a problem with a leak over the sliding glass door in the courtyard. This was repaired and I have not had any more problems. . Also, the outside of my house had to be repainted using 5 different shades of paint. This was done in a superb manner. Everything was done nicely. The houses are only 44" apart in this subdivision and so you had to be very careful of the other property. It was all done in a professional manner with no problems. I would recommend The Norwood Group to anyone without any reservations.”

“We bought a house from Al Kelecki at HASK construction in 2006. Al went beyond our expectations with small concerns we had even after several years. 4 years after the closing, we had HASK Renovations finish one room in the basement as an exercise room. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. This was the smoothest renovation we have ever experienced. Al is an expert in his field and he treats you house as if it is his own. He has very high standards, he can listen and he is always willing to give his advice.”

“These guys were great, we did a whole house remodel and couldn't be happier. We have done other projects with different builders in the past and were reluctant to take on such a large project. It was so refreshing to work with a builder that truly understood what we wanted from a design aspect and were able to execute within a tight budget and timeframe. They completed the job a few weeks ahead of time and the quality is top notch. We wont be doing any more remodeling for a long time but when we do we will definitely be calling ECO. Thanks so much guys! We love our new home.”
