“Tier 1 has managed a number of projects at our home in Austin. These have included rehabbing the master bath, re-insulating the attic, replacing A/C units, configuring outdoor drainage, and much more. “My mother and father who are now nearly in their 70’s live in their house where I grew up. Due to a serious leakage in their kitchen under the sink, a lot of moisture seeped into the wood cabinet and ended up going all the way through the wood flooring. Then I thought about one of my friends who had her bathroom renovated last year and since she was happy with the results I thought I would give a call to the people who did her renovation. I called and Ana came over to chat and assess the situation. We found out that my parents had a serious case of mold problem which prompted a full kitchen renovation all the way to the studs. The project took 10 days over the scheduled time to be completed because Mom kept changing her mind about the finishes but Ana was very patient and helpful. My Mom was thrilled with the end result and she said Ana made it a painless experience. I definitely recommend green brick builders.”
