“My basement got flooded during IDA, after contacting with couple of contractor I met with Matt, He came on time and explain everything what needs to be done also provide a reasonable price. He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. He was the most professional, clean and trustful contractor I have met so far. He was always top of the every process and he was paying attention to every small details even I didn’t see them during the construction. “We hired Mahseri Home Improvement to renovate our downstairs kitchen, bath and family room. We could not be happier with the finished results. Not only is Moe extremely knowledgeable he was a complete pleasure to work with. From the start he was honest about the timeline, costs, expectations, etc. - we never felt blindsided or surprised along the process. Throughout the renovation, he was in constant communication and explained the work he was doing and reasoning behind the choices he made. He included us the entire time; we felt part of the project. Renovations can be extremely stressful; however Moe and his team made the journey fun and exciting. We look forward to working with them again!”

“Lee was my architect of record for a gut renovation for a condo in Manhattan that is to commence this fall. He worked with my draftsman to get the initial drawings ready for approval by the building's management company's engineer and the building's board. He then worked diligently with my expeditor as she prepared the package of documents needed to submit for approval not only from the Landmarks Preservation Commission, but also the DOB. Throughout the entire long drawn out process, Lee was attentive and responsive to any changes that were required. He quickly responded to any questions or concerns I had and worked collaboratively with all the other folks involved in moving this project along. If I ever need an architect for another project, I would not hesitate to call Leandro Dickson.”

The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. “Handy Hernz did a PHENOMENAL job when I asked them to provide me a quote to demo a wall in my living room. Then when I booked them for the job, they provided amazing insight, and expertise which let to the recommendation of an exposed beam and my wife and I absolutely loved the way it turned out! I highly recommend them, as we know a trustworthy GC is hard to come by, but Sebastian and his partner Gilberto are a class act. Thank you both as my home has been extremely enhanced thanks to the two of you.”
