“We hired Picco to do a full gut renovation and addition to our home in 2022. The team was professional, courteous and very communicative. From our initial consult all the way through completion we felt great about our decision to go with Picco. We enjoyed using their app to follow along with the construction and appreciated the weekly call with Kevin, our Project Manager. We have an older home and there were a few surprises behind the walls and Picco let us know as soon as they discovered an issue and presented solutions. “They gave me a 900 sqft 2nd floor addition with entire 1st floor alterations. This project included a kitchen, three baths, hardwood flooring, roofing, siding, windows, two decks, etc!! They also built a detached garage and took care of all my landscaping. The project was a huge success. They did what was promised and finished before the expected complete date. There price was fair and they stuck to it. There were no extra charges as the project was being done. They were on time, respectful, professional and pleasure to deal with. Everyone in their crew was excellent.”
