She was organized and responsive and kept the all the moving pieces in place. Shon, the cabinet maker and problem solver displayed quality workmanship throughout all aspects of his involvement. We were especially pleased with the tile work which was significant and resulted in a beautiful, walk-in shower and floor. Our job was completed on time and on budget! “I live in New Jersey and have a few properties in Massachusetts. I needed work done on two of my properties. I normally send my team of guys up there when work or repairs are needed but this time I couldn't because of poor timing. I spoke to a handful of contractors over the phone. “Fresh Start was excellent to work with from start to finish. They ordered a gorgeous reclaimed Heart Pine floor in our #1 Quartersawn grade for a high-end renovation job in Harvard Square. The job was well-organized and the schedule was budgeted appropriately to allow for flooring acclimation and installation times. Jobsite was neat and orderly and delivery was organized/executed well, despite the extremely narrow side street and tight driveways of the neighborhood. From start to finish, Fresh Start was easy to work with. They knew how to plan for and work with a high-end finish product and treated it and us with respect. Our experience working with them to patch historic white pine and Heart Pine floors in the area has been similar. We recommend their work to clients in the Boston area.”

“Repaired a number of issues with the exterior of our house including rotted sofet and replaced the asphalt roof on our porch with a rubber roof (the roof was done by a sub I believe). The work was done int he time expected time frame and looks good. Workers were friendly and kept the work area's clean.”
