“We were looking for a contractor to finish our basement. Virtue Homes was highly recommended to us by others in our neighborhood. Gerald was easy to work with from the start and provided the budget and timeline detail we were looking for. His crew was open to changes that we made mid-project and they let us know immediately if any of the work exceeded the original budget. What we liked most about Virtue Homes is that they paid attention to the details we had in the other areas of our house and extended that into the basement. Now, the lower level space is an extension of our house and not just "the basement". At the end of the project, the inspector came through and said, "This basement is very well done". “Rucon Construction did a full remodel of our house, as well as all the finish work on our cottage, and we couldn't be happier! Having Cindy assist me in picking everything out was SO helpful as she not only is very gifted in interior design, but also is knowledgeable about the quality level of products, and she made it fun! All deadlines were met, which was so critical to us as we were living in my father-in-law's house while our home was under construction, and with the cottage, we just were anxious to be able to enjoy it for part of that summer! All of the subcontractors were very professional and did quality work.
