“I found MCB Motor City via Angie's List. My initial intent with my project was to simply come up with sound and economic stair rail and baluster project. Matt met and inspected the area and proposed his plan and it was agreed upon. On the first day of the project, the desire/intent/scope of project was changed by homeowners. Rather than just the railing we decided to include the risers and treads too. Matt was very prompt with the revisions. They were agreed upon and the new project resumed. In just 5 1/2 days, Matt and a fellow worker Ryan nailed it. Wow. What a terrific finish. Thanks MCB, specifically Matt and Ryan for the awesome job!”

“Meeting Ed was one of the most fortunate things that has happened to me. To start with I had a general worry about builders in general. Many of my friends have had bad experiences with builders who have taken much longer than projected and worse yet gone far over budget. Thankfully, with Ed and Island Pointe this was not the case in fact we were under budget and have a much nicer home than envisioned when we drew the plans. “Lamanen construction is the most professional company with clear communication, accurate timing and consistent budgeting. It was a relief to find a building company that had the expertise to finish my basement, which is over 3000 square feet in a luxury home. It’s difficult to find a reliable builder to complete this sort of project while staying true to the high end design elements. This is the only company I can imagine using for any project in the future. In fact, I hired them to complete a massive landscape project after seeing what they were capable of and, so far, I am amazed. Love this builder!”
