“My wife and I hired Terry Paterson of Paterson Project Management 18 months ago to build our dream house. Terry helped us with choosing an Architect and Interior Designer. Between the three of them, all under Terry's supervision, they designed and built an amazing house. Paterson Project Management staff and sub contractors where always a pleasure to deal with. Even when times where tough they all worked together to get us through the toughest project we have ever taken on. Paterson Project Management made this huge undertaking into a fun and enjoyable process. We are now almost finished with our house and about to move in. I am excited and very happy with the final timing of the build, and the final price - even though my wife spent too much on the lights and plumbing fixtures. The contractor never had any change orders unless specific changes where asked for by us. And then we negotiated a fair price for them all. “My husband and I hired Renee at RAW Design & Consulting for purposes of planning and designing a partial renovation of our 1950's home in Miami, Florida. We were relocating our kitchen and adding a bathroom to our 3/2, along with some other superficial changes. Although we ultimately chose to scale back the project significantly, we worked with Renee through the completion of the design stage and were just about ready to send the final plans to the city for their review and approval. The final plans were fantastic and included structural, mechanical, electrical and other design elements. “We hired Abhi to do the plans for our home addition which included a very large dressing room and bathroom extension about 160 sq added on. What impressed us was how punctual he was. There was never any waiting when needing answers on anything. If revision came back from the city, they were handled practically same day, even when on vacation he's constantly in touch. And if there are ways to save you money, or for practicality reasons, he'll give you the options. We would highly recommend him for any project. We dealt with a lot of people surrounding our construction and having someone so on top of things before you even have to say anything is a big deal!”
