“We hired Lee Barker in August 2015 to do our main floor remodel and add a covered patio. We had to wait till Jan. 2016 before he could start our project. It was worth the wait. He did a fabulous job for us. He was professional and worked hard at getting all the sub contractors on our job. After a year long project it's done and we are enjoying every minute in our home. “Scope was to finished out a basement, including excavation of one side and addition of windows in concrete wall, and add 2-level addition to existing house. Construction was done on budget and on schedule; and construction and finish work wereall very high quality. Only weakness was drainage design--gutters flowed to french drain, which plugged quickly, so roof runoff had to be re-routed; and surface drainage did not divert flow adequately from the house.”
