After buying a house that needed a major remodel ($150k, 3 months), we turned to him for the designs and to Tek-Line for the construction, based on his recommendation. When a significant issue was discovered (that had not been revealed by the pre-sale inspection), he found ways to solve it while remaining on schedule. Perhaps most importantly, we visited the house almost every day to observe the construction and answer questions, and he welcomed our participation; we were able to see the quality and care of Tek-Line's work first-hand, and we were very impressed. If the best indicator of a good experience is repeat business, then Tek-Line has achieved it. Our first experience was so positive that we've continued to use their services for new work that's come up, and expect to use them for all our construction needs in the future.”
