“AIP Construction is true to their name! They can help make Anything Possible! I moved into the area and was in need of a home. I searched for a home on the market that I thought would be right for me. I couldn't find a home that fit my wants and needs that I absolutely loved or thought was worth the price. After meeting with Jonathan and Teressa, I knew I was on the right track. They encouraged me to make a list of must haves and wants and then prioritize the list. I did that and gave it to them. We looked at plans. Although I had bought several pre-existing homes, I had never built. I was having a hard time visualizing what the home would look like from drawing to reality. They were very patient through the process of designing, building and finishing my home. It is a custom built, beautiful home that I want to keep forever! Everyone who walks into my home is blown away at how amazing it is from layout, finishes, color scheme and lighting. I got more than I was expecting and am forever grateful. “Michael Jacobson helped me with a complicated set of problems when I purchased an older home. To move in to a livable dwelling, a lot was required to get the very old wet basement into good shape, as well as significant upgrades and repairs to existing plumbing and air systems. This involved a variety of workers across several trades, skills, and professions including masonry, landscaping, plumbing, and heating/air. Michael knew all the right people to do good work for affordable prices. He followed up when necessary on a long list of tasks. I recommend Michael as a contractor for tough jobs involving many different elements and a tight budget.”

“My husband and I bought a new home and wanted to personalize it according to our taste. Darlene Raughton met with us, listened to our ideas and somehow made them a reality! Our project included updating paint and trim work throughout the entire house, adding a laundry room and pool bath as well as a complete kitchen redo. Darlene accomplished this with a high level of professionalism and in a timely manner, 4 months. The subs she used were professionals she has worked with for over 10 years and she was proactive regarding any issues that needed to be addressed. I have renovated homes before but this was the first time I had a woman in charge of the project, what a difference. Instead of the "this will work" approach, Darlene worked hard to make every detail perfect. She often would pick up a broom at the end of the day to ensure a clean work environment. If you are considering building or renovating, you should consider using Darlene Raughton and Reality Homes.”

“I called Iron City Builders to price replacement of rotted masonite around my chimney and patch eaves. They responded same day and set an appointment to view the work. They provided a written estimate and discussed options for the repairs the next day. Once approved they completed the work in one day. They did a quality job, very timely and responsive, great price, and left everything tidy and neat. In today's competitive market it's hard to find someone who shows up on schedule and provides good value and quality work. Iron City Builders did a great job for me.”

Wayne Scotch met me on the land and worked very hard to build exactly the home I wanted. He worked straight through until it was finished and finished within my budget. “Kyle & the guys (Kevin, Jeremy, Jim, and Patrick) and the rest of the Murphy Homebuilders crew are excellent to work for, build quality homes, use quality subcontractors, and custom build beautiful homes and have as long as I've been in business. They keep quite a bit going and still do a good job and Kyle is the treasurer for the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders and gives a great deal back to the community through Habitat for Humanity & other charities. I recommend Kyle to anyone looking o build or looking to buy a home Kyle built. He knows his stuff & builds a beautiful home with a lot of amenities most builders don't think about.”

“Wright Homes does an AMAZING job every single time! We are currently building our second home with them. Our first was 11 years ago and we still love the home but our needs have changed. Completely satisfied with every aspect. Richard will assist with acquiring your land, customizing your home plans and maintains open and honest communication about the entire process, keeping you up to date on all the fine details. During this build, he has assisted us with a particularly difficult land purchase (sellers and their realtor were very difficult). We have been able to proceed with complete confidence in knowing he has our best interest in mind.”
