“I contracted the services of O'Hennon Builders on two different occasions. Once was building our home with the total square footage of over 3500, and the other was an extention of a two story screen-in deck over 750 square feet. Both jobs turned out outstanding. I was always able to reach the contractor or his office if I had any questions or wanted modifications to our plans. We were able to keep within our budget and his crew was very respectful and worked very well together.”

“After interviewing many contractors, we selected Rick Oliver and Signature Dream Homes for our complete kitchen gut/remodel. It involved lots of tricky aspects due to the age of the house, but his team of professionals handled it all with no problem. We are delighted with the results and always get compliments whenever someone visits. In a few short moths they transformed our ideas into reality, working with us in phases, allowing us to move from one area of the house during this major renovation encompassing a remodeled kitchen, two bathrooms, new lights and trim. “My husband and I hired Vincent to renovate our 108-year-old house. The project was very involved. We tore the original structure down to the studs and flooring, took off part of the house, and added back a kitchen, family room, amd master bedroom/bathroom suite. Vincent and Lydia worked with us every step of the way, helping us to make choices and guiding us along. Vincent is honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. The men who work with him are professional and very, very hard-working. They have worked with him for many years. Vincent hires the best subcontractors who know the business. He is a small businessman who is dedicated to his business. We are extremely pleased with every aspect of our job. “If you demand superior quality craftsmanship and care to detail for your home project, then Mike Harvey is your contractor of choice. The total custom “makeover” of our home on Carters Creek was complex and very extensive. Opening-up a 1970’s design home involved removal of walls, relocation/installation of a country kitchen and vaulted creek room among many other improvements. Mr. Harvey was extremely responsive to the numerous challenges of renovations and changes throughout our project. His ability to supervise sub-contractors was very important to keep our project on schedule. We are happy to share our wonderful experience, as are the other eight neighbors in our community where Mr. Harvey has also completed home projects.”

“We had severe damage due to frozen/burst pipes; we took our entire house down to studs. Chesapeake Services came in and restored our house well beyond it's original state. They took the lead in working with the insurance company, and helped us recoup damages we would never have been aware of. Their team did floors, kitchen cabinets, counters, and appliance, plumbing, electrical, painting, and finish work. They also did a fantastic job cutting, installing, and finishing a custom bar crafted from a fairly expensive wood flitch. Perhaps most importantly, they listened to us and worked collaboratively with us to make design decisions that we were happy with both aesthetically and financially. Their ability to work on every aspect of the restoration made a difficult process much easier, and we are thrilled with the outcome.”
